We currently manage over six hundred properties, most of which have been procured during the last two years through our extensive network of estate agent associates. We expect to have more than a thousand properties under management by the end of 2012 and five thousand by the end of 2015.
Our properties are all in West London but our strategy is to grow throughout London during the next five years.
We lease properties on three to five year leases and then let these properties to a variety of tenants.
Too often, letting a property is fraught with problems. Our experience means landlords can let with complete security of income and in the knowledge that their property is professionally looked after and will be returned to them in the same or better conditioned than when we first leased it.
Estate agents who work with us incur no costs and are freed-up to focus on the development of their own business while we do the hard work for them.
